Does Reeno work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Reeno imports bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com and other iCal-compatible channels, then uses those reservations to create operational cleaning workflows.
Do we need to move all bookings into Reeno?
No. Reeno can work from existing calendar feeds. Direct bookings and personal-use blocks can also be added inside Reeno when needed.
Does the cleaner need a computer?
No. Cleaners work entirely from their phone — they open a link in the browser, and can add Reeno to the home screen so it opens like any other app. Nothing to download, no app store.
Are photos always mandatory?
No. Owners and managers can decide which checklist items are informational, which require confirmation and which require photo evidence.
